Problem with the negative write ups on Credit Answers is they advertise on Glenn Beck and other conservative talk shows and while some complaints may be legit others are from people paid to write negative stories to harm these companies. (Part of the whole boycott of businesses) They have done it to so many other companies who advertise on the shows. I did a thorough check on CA and they are well recognized in the business community. As for BBB they haven't paid them to be an accredited business so therefore receive an F until they do.
Also, I have posted this same message at another site and she took it down immediately. Makes you wonder what HER website is all about?

The article says no attempts to resolve a BBB complaint was "ever" made by the Credit Answers company, but after researching the BBB website it shows where all but one account was resolved. Some account Credit Answer and the client in question resolved, and others the customer just never answered back to an attempt to resolve the issue. The F rating in no big deal, and the BBB has F ratings on companies that have one complaint (like your local quick lube who wont pay the BBB prices to be a member) and then WalMart who has the same amount of complaints and some of the debt settlement companies..well they still get an A rating. I guess they pay enough to stay in the good ratings, not sure.

I find it highly suspect that the reviewer would include links to another company using the credit answers brand trademark. That being said the review seems to be fair. However if you would like to see what the reviewer is talking about the credit answers website is www.creditanswers.com
