Like any other debt settlement company it is important to understand the process before enrolling. They appear to be upfront in listing all the negative effects and possible ramifications. Their rating on the Better Business Bureau may be cause for concern however this industry is not one that is without risk. I found both positive and negative reviews for this company elsewhere on the Internet, most of the negative from clients who may not have been completely aware of how the program works.

When you visit the GHS website you will be able to find all of the standard information about the debt settlement process. While the website does not have some of the bells and whistles of other companies I have reviewed it certainly covers the basics. They have a FAQ section which covers all the main risks associated with debt settlement.

They do so in a way as not to sugar coat or play down the possibly negative effects that this process can have on your finances or credit. As forthcoming as they appear to be I find it odd that I was not able to easily find information regarding their fee structure. The overall website experience was very user friendly; they offer a lot of information and for the most part cover all areas that should be addressed when discussing this method of debt elimination.
